We act on a regular basis for companies with established property portfolios creating commercial investments to include high quality fitting out thereof together with extensive refurbishment and alterations to existing space. We assist specific clients in various sectors, all with varying degrees of complication to their buildings and often working in occupied buildings.
In particular we have assisted on some more complex projects to include the redevelopment of the Thorndike Theatre in Leatherhead, adapting and extending existing external areas to form new Sports Centre, whilst retaining the Listed Thorndike Theatre.
More recently we completed a development for our Client in Camden NW5 which entailed altering the ground and first floors to accommodate new photographic studios and associated facilities whilst forming new apartments on the second and third floors, with penthouse suite on the top floor.
We are presently involved in a joint venture to provide commercial retail space and new hotel for Travelodge in North London
